At Deals Tree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your organic bath products. Due to the nature of our items (personal care and hygiene products), our policy is carefully defined.
1. Eligibility for Return
You may be eligible for a return/exchange only if the product is:
- Damaged: Received in a damaged or broken condition.
- Incorrect: The wrong product was delivered (e.g., wrong item or scent).
- Defective: The product is faulty (e.g., broken pump, leakage) upon delivery.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after receiving the product.
- Allergies/Sensitivities: Since ingredient lists are provided, we do not accept returns due to personal allergies or sensitivities.
- Used Products: Items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging.
2. Time Frame for Return
You must notify Deals Tree of your intention to return an item due to damage, incorrect, or defective condition within 2-3 working days of receiving your order.
3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at skieslife899@outlook.com.
- Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the reason for the return, and clear photographic evidence of the damaged, incorrect, or defective item.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back to us. Do not send back any item without a confirmed RMA number.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, and documentation intact, unless they were received damaged/defective.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
- Inspection: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- Refunds: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5 working days.
- Exchanges: If approved, we will ship the correct or replacement product to you at no additional shipping cost.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Company Error (Damaged/Incorrect/Defective): Deals Tree will bear the cost of return shipping and re-shipping (for exchanges).
- Customer Error (Unapproved Returns): The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for any unapproved returns.
